Conference Information

Please join the National Indian Health Board (NIHB) in Albuquerque May 2019 for two premier Tribal health events – the 2019 National Tribal Public Health Summit (May 13-15) and the 2019 American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) National Behavioral Health Conference (May 15-17)!

Both events will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Each event attracts over 500 Tribal public health and behavioral health professionals, elected leaders, advocates, researchers, federal employees, subject matter experts, and community-based service providers.

Call for Proposals Opening Soon!

NIHB welcomes your proposal to present at one or both of these upcoming events. If you are a public health practitioner, researcher, policy expert, or other professional or community leader with information to share highlighting evidence-based, best, wise, or promising practices developed in and for Tribal communities, look for more information coming soon and please consider submitting an abstract! NIHB highly encourages dynamic, interactive sessions that will draw upon the skills, knowledge, and experience of session participants.
